What is an Interaction?
When 1 variable explains an effect the variable is called a main effect. In my experience, most main effects have been discovered.
When two variables cause an effect it is called a two factor spike ineraction. I use lower text for a behavioral spike interaction, which Creative Logic owns and bold letters when the trademark is owned by Red X. In this case I’m referring to a two factor spike interaction. I created spike interactions when I worked for Shainin. So they own the trademark. Almost every problem, behavioral or technical, is a 2 factor spike.
Each 2 factor spike most often has an environmental component. A traditional spike overcomes 1 obstacle and an environmental spike applies to all obstacles.
Overcoming 1 dyslexic obstacle, the main obstacle being inconsistency, using standard work, eliminates inconsistency.
Creating an environment where dyslexia is considered gifts and not a bunch of stigmas overcomes many obstacles.
The aim is to create the right environment and eliminate multiple obstacles.
David killing Goliath is a 2 factor spike. The stone was necessary but not sufficient; the sling was necessary but no sufficient. It took the sling and the stone to kill Goliath.
Higher order interactions are rare. Take making mortar to build a brick house requires a 3 factor interaction.
