I was leaving Butkes pharmacy who sales medical equipment. I was there to purchase CPAP supplies. A few minutes after leaving an idea, concerning a medical device, suddenly came to mind.

I called my patent attorney who owns the law firm. He was in Rome, Italy.

He wouldn’t be available for a week, so I asked’, ‘Can you assign one of your attorneys to it?’

This was on a Friday, I thought we’d start the next Monday.

He instructed one of his attorneys and a paralegal to work all day Saterday and Sunday with me.

Over the next week we worked tirelessly to get a patent application drafted and ready to review when he returned from Italy.

While in Rome he frequently texted his attorney and me.

When he was back in the states, we reviewed the images, content explaining the images and the claims. Before the end of the week, theapplication was filed with the USPTO. Then as the inventor, I signed ownership from me to Creative Logic LLC.

I’m sitting on the couch, in my pajamas, writing this post on my phone. I’ll have one more cup of coffee, then focus on my morning Bible study.

I can’t say much else because it could jeopardize the application.

What I can say is Creative Logic LLC has a new patent pending.

This is another example of unmerited favor; when a creative disabled dyslexic teams with logical patent attorneys can do.
