Dyslexic Disruption Vision – ‘Call us Gifted’ Paradigm

My purpose is to define Dyslexics as Gifted and Creative individuals that add value because we think differently than the norm.

Eliminate dyslexics being seen as weak and break logical academic yard sticks from defining our performance.

Change the world by combining those who are creative and those who are logical to create synergy. This increases the potential of developing profound thoughts where some of us change the course of mankind by developing technical and behavioral disruptions.

An example of a disruption is Thomas Edison’s lightbulb which eliminated the need for candles and lanterns. Like the light bulb our disruptions need to continuously evolve.

Hire a COO, acting as a conductor recruiting a group of high-performance individuals, including leaders (i.e., a CEO, Ambassadors and Pioneers) and specialists, that act synergistically, like a symphony performing within an orchestra to run Creative Logic LLC. They also need to protect the quality of the registered Creative Logic brand and put others ahead of self.

Like a child prodigy playing a violin, I want to stay within, and perfect, my 7 Transferable Skills. They are:

1) Being Creative
2) Coaching Teams
3) Running Programs
4) Improving People
5) Knowing My Self
6) Understanding Interactions
7) Defining Standard Work

I work best one on one and with small teams where I am a coach, bringing the creative element to ‘swat teams’. These teams consist of an executive sponsor, subject matter experts, as required, and a coach. Of course, others need to be certified to carry out these roles as we launch and build a business that licenses technology that goes viral.

I don’t want our client’s customers to be ours. We will transfer the technology to our clients and stay in the background supporting them using standard work.

I must be disciplined and not drift outside from my skill set. Otherwise, I will break my bow and strings. My desire is to leverage others to use their own transferable skills that drive them.

Whenever I do this, I succeed; when I don’t, I fail.  At 63, failure is not an option.

One of the most important roles of the COO and CEO is to create succession plans so the symphony orchestra is a continuous disruption that changes the course of man.

Until next time …
