Tim always start with a problem, and developed his own strategy of Problem Solution
Strategy (PSS).
Then he turns the problem into gift. A gift is not tangible without an associated skill, for example: a gift could be a good athlete and a skill will be to have a quarterback. A great quarterback could turn their personal skills into a standardized work and when a Superbowl.

- Understanding Interactions
King Saul wanted David to wear his armor. But his armor was too heavy. The sling is necessary but not sufficient; the stone is necessary but not sufficient. It took the sling and the stone to kill Goliath. The heavy armor is like the stigmas dyslexic’s carry. The sling in combination with the stone killed Goliath.
- Defining Standard Work
A NexGen Quality System consists of 5 processes. In the diagram, the left-hand side shows the five processes in the NexGen Quality System in generic form. The right-hand side shows the specific acronyms that define the same five processes. This process is patented.
