Quality Disruption

Machine Learning, a subset of AI, is combined with a New Generation of Standard Work
It uses Quantum and Tableau to perform a new generation of Pareto Analysis.

The Quality Improvement System expressed in generic and an acronym format combined with Machine Learning is what is currently patented.

The patent covers generic and specific Quality System Improvements and any other initiatives combining Machine Learning with Standard Work. It is very broad and went through the USPTO with no objections, which is very rare.

3. How Quality Improvements were made (DRIVE™)
4. How Quality Improvements were Exploited (EXPLOIT™)
5. How the Quality Improvement System was Deployed (oneFiveFIFTY™)

For example, ALIGN involves using Machine Learning, once again a subset of AI, and a more sophisticated form of Pareto Analysis to define projects.

ALIGN stands for Aim, Link metrics to Aim, Intent Communicated, Goals set and New Projects.
